Instructions

  1. Begin with the barbell on the floor
Clean and Press
  1. Accelerate the bar off the floor like a Power Clean
Clean and Press
  1. Catch the bar on your shoulders and stand up
Clean and Press
  1. Press the bar overhead using a Shoulder Press
