Decline Bench Press allows you to target your lower pecs more effectively than a conventional Bench Press using a decline bench to change the angle of the lift.

Instructions

  1. Lie on a decline bench
  2. Grip the barbell with both hands
  3. Unrack the barbell and hold the bar directly above your shoulders
