Why do it?
Horizontal Leg Press lets you stimulate your lower body with a large amount of weight. It keeps you safe as you can easily exit the machine after a failed rep without any help as you just let the weight stack return to the ground.

Instructions

- Push your legs to full extension and release the handle

- Lower the sled until the weight stack almost hits the ground and repeat

- Lower the weight stack slowly back to the ground
