Why do it?

Tricep Extension works the triceps in isolation in front of your head on a bench. This provides a good crossover with other horizontal pushing movements where your elbows stay in front of your chest.

Instructions

  1. Begin on a flat bench with a barbell on your lap
  2. Lay back on the bench
  3. Press the barbell above your head until your arms are straight
