- Grab the bar with both hands around shoulder-width, you may need to jump or use a step

Why do it?
Muscles Ups are a challenging combination of Pull Ups and Dips, normally using momentum to allow you to raise yourself above the bar further than you would do with a Pull Up.

Instructions

- Create space between you and the bar so you can rotate around it
- Increase the momentum with your back and biceps and pull until your shoulders are above the bar

- Rotate your hands around the bar as your shoulders move above it
- Push the bar down and away with your triceps and chest until your arms are vertical

- Lower yourself down, trying to keep momentum if doing another rep
