Why do it?

Pendlay Row works the back through a longer range of motion than typical Bent Over Rows as your back is more horizontal to the floor and the bar comes to a stop on the ground every rep. This also helps with static strength.

Form Check

Instructions

  1. Begin with the barbell on the floor
  2. Grip the barbell with an overhand grip
  3. Bend over until your body is horizontal to the ground
