Why do it?

Sit Ups work your core through a large range of motion providing a good workout in one exercise, covering your core and part of your hips.

Instructions

  1. Start on the ground with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet on the floor
  2. Put your hands behind your head
  3. Flare your elbows out to the side

  1. Tense your core to curl your upper back off the floor
  2. Pull your torso off the floor with your hip flexors
  3. Stop when your body is vertical
