Thrusters start from a full squat, increasing the contribution from the legs compared to a Push Press.

Instructions

- Squat down into a full squat position

- Recoil back up from the hips
- Push with your shoulders once standing to keep the bar moving upward
- Stand with your arms straight above your head

- Lower the bar to neck height and repeat
