Why do it?
Tricep Pushdown is a great alternative to Tricep Extension for isolating the triceps. Instead of pushing upwards against gravity you push downwards using a cable for resistance. This makes it a better accessory for Dips.

- Push the handle down with your triceps until your arm is straight
