Weightlifting Strength Standards

Our strength standards help you understand how your performance compares with other lifters. Choose an exercise to see where your one-rep max ranks among lifters of your gender, bodyweight and age.

Founded in 2007, Strength Level has built data-driven standards from community-submitted lifts since 2015. Our 2026 standards cover 287 exercises and draw on 195,513,376 lifts from 27,893,268 Strength Level users. Learn how Strength Level's standards have evolved since 2007.
