Our strength standards help you understand how your performance compares with other lifters.
Choose an exercise to see where your one-rep max ranks among lifters of your gender, bodyweight and age.
Founded in 2007, Strength Level has built data-driven standards from community-submitted lifts since 2015. Our 2026 standards cover 287 exercises and draw on 195,513,376 lifts from 27,893,268 Strength Level users. Learn how Strength Level's standards have evolved since 2007.
Our body standards let you compare your bodyweight in kg or lb and your body fat percentage against other
lifters. They include biceps, chest and waist size standards in cm or inches. The bodyweight and body size tables
also show comparisons for your height.
